    • WHO YOU ARE

    1. Postgraduate student majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related disciplines.
    2. Excellent English reading and writing skills, capable of understanding, editing and polishing bilingual content and supporting global content localization work.
    3. Strong copywriting sensibility, sensitive to social media tone, trendy content and brand external expression.
    4. Available to work 4 full days or more per week on-site with stable working schedule.
    5. Detail-oriented, logical, proactive, with strong execution and cross-team collaboration awareness.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Conduct daily review, proofread and quality check for KOL/KOC social content, ensure all external posts are brand-aligned, compliant and well-structured for external communication.
    2. Assist the marketing team with content creation, copy editing and content polishing for external communication channels and campaign materials.
    3. Support global content adaptation, help localize global master content to fit local market tone, social context and brand external communication standards.
    4. Support routine content operation, including material collection, content asset sorting and documentation for external marketing delivery.
    5. Perform basic data collection and simple content performance analysis, summarize content trends and key takeaways regularly.
    6. Support ad-hoc marketing campaign execution and internal content projects as assigned.

    Our team is the voice of IKEA. We use words, pictures and videos to tell the story about IKEA, to build our brand and inspire people with our offer. We bounce ideas back and forth, we challenge each other and we are crazy passionate about communication. Of course we’re also the ones who make sure to keep all our fellow co-workers informed, engaged and connected in a constantly changing business environment.
