Local Marketing Specialist, IKEA Pasay City

We operate in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines – and have an ambitious expansion plan to bring a little bit of Sweden to new markets in the region. We also develop, own and operate Shopping Centres that are anchored by IKEA and create walkable communities by including residential, office and other types of real estate in our development plans.

• Plan, organize, and execute local store events that drive footfall and create memorable customer experiences
• Adapt global and national campaigns to make them locally relevant and engaging
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure seamless execution
• Lead and support internal engagement activities that strengthen IKEA culture and togetherness
• Communicate clearly with coworkers before, during, and after events to ensure alignment and excitement
• Follow up on events by tracking results, gathering feedback, and identifying improvements
• Work in a cost-conscious way, maximizing available resources and staying within budget

This role requires flexibility in work hours, work schedule is approximately 25 hours per week on the average, depending on store operational requirements. Working on public holidays and weekends.
