    We are seeking a creative, passionate, and fully engaged Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead who will drive, inspire, and motivate colleagues every day to embrace a CI mindset within operations. This role is all about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and making change happen across GBO

    Who you are:
    A creative and passionate individual who thrives on inspiring others and driving cultural change.
    Proven experience in Continuous Improvement or related roles.
    Hands-on experience applying Lean Management & Manufacturing principles and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
    Lean Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation (highly desired).
    Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

    A day in your life with us

    Lead and develop CI Academy initiatives: Deliver onboarding programs, refreshers, and boot camps that empower teams with structured problem-solving skills.
    Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement: Act as a change agent, inspiring teams to adopt CI principles and embed them into daily operations.
    Manage and improve the Kaizen process: Ensure effective day-to-day improvements and continuous optimization of workflows.
    Support global rollouts: Contribute to the successful implementation of major initiatives, including the MyAI Portal rollout, following defined phases.
    Engage and inspire through the GBO CI Forum: Create and maintain a platform that connects teams, shares best practices, celebrates achievements, and promotes impactful initiatives that drive operational excellence.
