    To lead and develop the huge and diverse team in the Customer Service.
    Create strategical landscape.
    To provide the store with expertise and feedback to support the delivery of excellent customer services across all relevant department “through the eyes of the customer".
    To be responsible for the costs and KPI’s held within the Customer Relation departments balance the needs of the customer and ensure the IKEA concept.
    To have a clear understanding of our consumer law to ensure the store fulfils IKEA’s audit standards.
