Do you enjoy understanding how services, workflows, knowledge, data, and systems connect end to end—and shaping ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions that work in practice? Are you motivated by simplifying how coworkers find information, request support, and receive timely, consistent help?

Are you someone who takes ownership, drives solutions forward, and collaborates across functions to make things happen?

If the answer is yes, keep reading—we might have the right role for you!

Our coworker support area plays a key role in ensuring that People & Culture services are easy to access, consistent, secure, and effective across processes and markets.

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the ServiceNow HRSD within our People Platform. You will play a key role in shaping the roadmap, governance, and evolution of our core HR systems, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless master data management across the employee lifecycle.

The role partners closely with People & Culture process owners, service delivery teams, Product Owners, and system engineers to translate needs across multiple processes into scalable product improvements, ensuring that solutions deliver business value and excellent coworker experience.

Furthermore, we believe that you bring:

    • Strong understanding of coworker support and service delivery across multiple processes.
    • Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including HR case and knowledge management.
    • Experience with Employee Center, HR services and service catalogues, HR criteria, case templates, routing, or agent experiences.
    • Knowledge of end-to-end People & Culture processes such as pay, benefits, mobility, absences, onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.
    • Understanding of Agile product delivery methodologies.
    • Ability to translate business and coworker needs into functional product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and continuous product improvement.
    • Understanding integration between ServiceNow, core HR platforms, identity solutions, and other enterprise systems is desirable.
    • Awareness of data privacy, role-based access, and confidentiality requirements for sensitive People & Culture information.
    • Proven experience owning and communicating a product roadmap, balancing business priorities, technical debt, and platform evolution.
    • Ability to collaborate across engineering, architecture, HR Process owners, security, and external vendors.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • 5–8 years of experience in Product Ownership of HR Technology with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

    Nice to have:
    • ServiceNow HRSD implementation, administration, or product ownership experience, including Employee Journey Management, Virtual Agent, NowAssist, analytics, or automation capabilities.
    • Experience with large-scale, global People & Culture or enterprise service management implementations.

A day in your life with us

As Product Owner for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery you will own the strategic direction of the platform and ensure it continues to deliver value to HR, business users, and employees globally. You will work closely with Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Security, HR Product teams, HR Process Owners and external vendors to continuously improve the platform while maintaining stability, compliance, and operational excellence.

    This means you will:
    • Work and communicate the product roadmap for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
    • Prioritize business requirements, platform enhancements, and operational stability in accordance with business needs.
    • Collaborate with Engineering teams to define and deliver scalable business solutions.
    • Partner with HR and Product teams to translate business requirements into application capabilities.
    • Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient employee data management across the entire employee lifecycle.
    • Drive continuous improvements in core HR processes, workflows, automation, and user experience
    • Support ServiceNow releases, Upgrades and transformation initiatives affecting the platform.
    • Monitor platform health, operational KPIs, service quality, and user satisfaction

Beyond delivery, we expect you to:
    • Take initiative and drive solutions forward independently
    • Creating a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
    • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams
    • Focus on real business value — not just delivery
    • Continuously improving processes and ways of working
    • Ensure solutions are trusted, relevant, and actively used.

    We can offer you:
    • The opportunity to shape how large-scale coworker support and People & Culture services are delivered and continuously improved through ServiceNow HRSD.
    • A collaborative, cross-functional environment
    • Opportunities to learn, grow, and work with modern ways of working
    • A workplace that values ownership, simplicity, and continuous improvement

At IKEA we believe that we’re better when we’re physically together for collaboration, dialogues and conversations. We believe in the power of human interactions; informal chats, the energy, belonging and creativity generated by people being in the same place.

Our approach is that we spend majority of our time in the IKEA workplace and with flexibility to work from home when relevant.

    Together as a team

We’re the ones who make it possible for people to have a smarter life at home and a hassle-free and rewarding shopping experience. Together we work to find new digital solutions for every business need to help make IKEA a great and efficient place to work. We like to think of ourselves as innovative and modern, and we believe that nothing would actually work without us.
