For this role we believe you have Formal qualifications in computer science or any engineering equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience as SAP MDM Manager. Handsome experience in SAP MDM/MDG. Experience in working in an Agile and DevOps working set-up. Experience as a manager of software engineering teams and strong leadership skills. Experience with leading in change

WHO YOU ARE

• Extensive knowledge of Data structures like Article Master, Business partner, Enterprise data etc
• Extensive knowledge of SAP MDM architecture and principles like data governance, data modeling, and data quality
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and best practices

• Should have set up Master Data policies in retail companies
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related areas
• Good knowledge of how to assess the enterprise application portfolio-landscape and consult on tool optimization(s).
• Good knowledge on functional and data migration testing
• Ability to participate in multi-vendor governance, change advisory boards (CAB), competency assessment in the subject and competency maturity planning for the team
• Ability of agile working and continuous improvement within the software engineering function, encouraging simplicity, efficiency, ownership and accountability
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop team members
• Ability to actively acquire new knowledge and skills and champion new methods, digital systems and processes to improve performance

A day in your life with us

Accountable for the designing and consulting internal teams on Master Data Management COE set up within our digital organization. Provide Data governance practices knowledge, architectural leadership and coach the teams in high class standards for software engineering and operations. Help the teams drive a technology strategy, adhere to modern software engineering and service management principles, utilize the proper tools, and automate everything to enable the specified business outcomes.

You will be:

• Accountable for setting up SAP Master Data Management COE
• Develop Ingka SAP Master Data Management strategy and roadmap.
• Assist in defining data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP systems.
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDM solutions, including data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and workflows.
• Lead data transformation activities within large SAP S/4HANA business transformation programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and data stewards, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Establish data quality metrics and monitoring mechanisms to identify and resolve data issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate end-users on data management best practices and SAP MDM processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to SAP MDM, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for SAP MDM implementation and support
• Manage Outsourcing partner for day to day jobs
• Run the Governance with Partner eco system.
• Responsible for recruitment, performance, competence and career development of individuals in the team
• Help build a digital mindset and an service engineering culture that is accountability and results orientated.
• Encourage the team to continuously improve quality process
• Manage all technical resources and capacity plans within budget and time frame.
