The team is responsible for a line of products and services connected to co-worker endpoints used in different business functions such as stores, warehouses, offices etc. There is a strong focus on driving and delivering frictionless experiences on the endpoints and at the same time ensuring compliance and security standards.

The team leads through guidance and direction for applications onboarded and hosted on the platforms, taking full responsibility for Product, Engineering, and Delivery in close cooperation with a service integrator on enterprise endpoint platforms and devices.

We are now looking for a product owner to join us here in the Co-worker devices team.

As a product owner, you are the visionary and the strategist, the one who plays a key part in turning ideas into reality, feedback into outcomes. You embrace the power of collaboration, bringing together product and engineering to build something greater. Each day presents an opportunity to listen, to learn, and to innovate, ensuring that the products evolve in alignment with the ever-changing needs for both business and user.

Key previous experiences and proven skills:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of end user devices in an enterprise environment
• Experience in working in agile environments on a global scale
• Strong business and technical vision
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in End User Computing

• Lead product strategy development and implementation for end user devices.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and support teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Define and prioritize features based on user feedback, market research, and business goals.
• Ensure products meet usability, performance, and reliability standards.
• Analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Communicate vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure service delivery and adherence to agreements.
• Establish a clear product strategy and align delivery with objectives and customer needs.
• Benchmark against industry standards to meet customer requirements.
• Research customer needs and apply insights.
• Align with cross-functional teams for maximum impact.
• Use data-informed approaches for successful outcomes.
• Define OKRs and track progress with teams and stakeholders
