    • This role requires availability to work store operating hours as listed below, with flexibility to start earlier hours:
    o Inbound: 2am starts
    o Outbound: 6am starts
    • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

    About this work area

    As a Fulfilment Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Oversee the daily work of the Fulfilment Operations team to ensure processes run safely and efficiently.
    • Support the team with planning and completing tasks like picking, packing, unloading, loading, and replenishing, while promoting a customer first mindset.
    • Provide performance feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and help maintain smooth, high quality operations.
    • Contribute to achieving the goals of the Fulfilment Operations department.
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace, ensuring all safety and SOP requirements are followed.
    • Assist with onboarding and on the job training to build team capability and support learning goals.



    As a Fulfilment Coordinator you have:
    • Passionate about fulfilment operations and improving life at home for customers.
    • Enjoy working in a team and motivating others, with experience supporting daily tasks, coordinating breaks, and delegating work.
    • Strong focus on safety, actively identifying and removing hazards.
    • Communicate clearly and work well with stakeholders at all levels to keep operations running smoothly.
    • Detail oriented, taking care to complete tasks accurately and reliably.
    • Motivated by continuous learning and always looking for ways to improve.
    • Confident with computers and able to quickly learn relevant IKEA systems and tools.
