    We are seeking an experienced Core HR Technology Leader to drive the strategy, transformation, and delivery of our global HR technology ecosystem. This role will lead the Core HR Tech subdomain, spanning SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), ServiceNow HRSD, OpenText. We need platform expertise and hands-on leadership in large-scale HR technology transformations. This role will define and execute the Core HR platform roadmap, ensuring our HR systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s digital and business strategy.

    Your responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and transformation for Core HR technology across SuccessFactors, and OpenText.
    • Own and evolve the Core HR technology architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise platforms and data models.
    • Drive HR digital transformation programs, delivering simplified, standardized, and globally scalable solutions.
    • Lead cross-functional teams of product and engineers to ensure successful solution delivery.
    • Partner with HR, IT, vendor, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize business outcomes and technology initiatives.
    • Establish and enforce platform governance, best practices, and security/compliance standards.
    • Oversee vendor relationships and implementation partners, ensuring quality of delivery.
    • Lead the continuous improvement, leveraging automation, employee experience enhancements.

    12+ years of experience in HR Technology, with at least 5 years leading global Core HR transformations.
    • Deep functional and technical expertise in:
    o SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
    o OpenText for document management and HR integrations
    • Proven experience defining and executing platform strategies and roadmaps.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, global system design, and frameworks (GDPR, data privacy, audit).
    • Ability to collaborate with COE leadership and cross-functional teams in a global organization.
    • Good communication, stakeholder management, and lead
