    • '- You have hands‑on cooking or food‑prep experience (restaurant, café, quick‑service, or similar).
    - You’re comfortable serving food and engaging directly with customers in a friendly, helpful way.
    - You understand basic food safety principles, including hygiene, cross‑contamination prevention, temperature control, and expiry management (SafeCheck/FOODSAFE knowledge is an asset).
    - You thrive in fast‑paced, physically demanding environments.
    - You’re confident with multitasking—food prep, cleaning, service, and restocking.
    - You enjoy working collaboratively with your teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
    - You bring a can‑do attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for food and customer service.



    '- Prepare, cook, and present food items according to IKEA standards.
    - Provide warm, efficient, and friendly service to customers in all IKEA Food areas.
    - Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation throughout the day.
    - Keep all food production, service, and dining areas clean, organized, and safe.
    - Follow all IKEA food safety, sanitation, and waste‑reduction policies and procedures.
    - Support customers by answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and Swedish Food Market products.
    - Work collaboratively with the team, especially during peak periods, to ensure smooth operations.
    - Learn and maintain knowledge of IKEA’s Swedish food offerings, daily specials, and preparation guidelines.
    - Support department goals by contributing to daily/weekly sales and waste targets.
