    Additional Information:
    • This role is Permanent Part Time, 40hrs/fortnight.
    • The internal job title is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker
    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday daytime 6am-10am shifts (3 out 4 full weekends per month).
    • As part of the recruitment process, if your application is progressed, you will be invited to complete a video interview as part of the screening process.
    • If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend an in‑person interview with the hiring team.

    About this work area

    As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
    • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
    • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
    • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.



    As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you are, or you have:
    • A passion for fulfilment operations, & stock accuracy, with a strong eye for detail.
    • Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
    • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, cross-functional, & customer-centric approach.
    • A priority for safety, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including regular lifting, use of manual handling equipment, and being on your feet for long periods.
    • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
