  • Hej! We’re opening a new Plan & Order Point; a place where we meet customers, design solutions together and turn ideas into reality. Would you like to lead it from day one?

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • Lead the Plan & Order Point together with your team, driving business growth and creating a simple, inspiring and seamless customer experience
    • Put the customer at the centre by turning their needs into clear commercial actions and results
    • Grow and develop your team, building a positive, collaborative environment where people can perform and grow
    • Work closely with other teams to share ideas, improve ways of working and strengthen overall performance

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • Experience in commercial roles and in leading teams in customer-facing environments
    • A strong customer and business mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn them into results
    • Ability to use data and insights to make decisions and improve performance
    • Positive leadership and strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and develop people
