    • Who you are

    As Commercial SFM & Bistro Manager, you will be responsible for commercial execution in the Bistro and Swedish Food Market in IKEA Spreitenbach, ensure IKEA Retail Food in the commercial calendar, develop commercial initiatives and food competence in the store. You will lead and coach the Bistro and Swedish Food market team in optimising and develop the IKEA Retail Food business, considering the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance and people and planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints.

    • You are a strong leader with a minimum of 3 years experience in leading diverse teams.
    • You have a real passion for sales and what motivates you is meeting customers' needs.
    • You have experience managing customers in a dynamic restaurant or retail environment.
    • You are flexible and willing to work with your team during irregular hours to create a great IKEA culinary shopping experience.
    • You are a strong communicator and speak and write in German and English fluently.

    It is important that you are flexible in terms of working hours. Early or late shifts and Saturday assignments will be part of your working schedule.

    • Knowing the IKEA Food range and presenting its width and depth in ways that inspire our visitors and optimise sales.
    • Ensuring that the Swedish Food Market is in excellent shape and fully stocked at all times, always keeping customers in focus.
    • Motivating and developing your team.
    • Promoting a safety first culture by ensuring that daily work routines are in place and followed in all daily work.
