    You are a creative and hands-on social media professional who understands how to build engaging content and connect with customers in a meaningful way. You are close to trends, culture, and digital behaviour, and you know how to turn insights into relevant content.

    • You have experience in social media content creation, community management, or digital marketing
    • You understand how different social media channels work across paid, owned, earned, and shared media
    • You are confident working with creators, influencers, and user-generated content
    • You have a good understanding of social media trends and know how to turn them into engaging brand moments
    • You are comfortable working with data and insights to evaluate and improve content performance
    • You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and working in a dynamic environment
    • You are proactive, creative, and not afraid to test new ideas and formats
    • You communicate clearly and confidently in English, knowledge of one of our local languages is an advantage

    Your responsibilities

    In this role, you will orchestrate social media content to ensure strong engagement, consistency, and impact across all channels in Czechia, Hungary and Slovakia.

    • You will drive the use of user-generated content, curating and amplifying authentic content to increase relevance and trust
    • You will lead collaborations with creators and influencers, from identification and briefing to execution
    • You will plan and execute social media moments in collaboration with digital marketing teams, connecting campaigns with trends and real-time opportunities
    • You will build and nurture communities through active engagement, dialogue, and collaboration with community managers
    • You will monitor and analyse content performance and continuously optimize content and formats based on insights
    • You will bring media expertise, tailoring content to each platform for maximum reach and engagement
    • You will lead the social media side of MarCom campaigns, ensuring clear storytelling and impact
    • You will lead agency collaboration, from briefing to delivery, ensuring quality and brand alignment
    • You will own and develop our social media channels, driving growth, relevance, and engagement
    • Media expertise within media platform & spefic tools (Emplify)
    • Lead agency cooperation incl. Community management

    This role is key in shaping how IKEA shows up on social media. You will help create engaging, relevant, and inspiring content that connects with our customers and strengthens our brand in everyday digital interactions.
