    With IKEA India Way forward and approved OMD FY25-30, we are all set to "Unlock Delhi". We are very pleased to announce that IKEA India will launch its first physical CMP, a Small Stores, in West Delhi, following the online launch just few months prior. This store will provide an omnichannel experience, helping build a customer base for future expansion across Delhi NCR and Northern India.

    We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Commercial Team Leader` who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. You are motivated by delivering an excellent customer experience and have a keen interest in home furnishing. You are approachable, proactive, and confident in engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

    You should be able to lead and coordinate commercial and operational activities and skills across multiple functions (Sales, Customer Relations, Fulfilment, IKEA Food) in a mid to large Small Format Store with high complexity, to deliver a strong retail foundation and outstanding omnichannel customer experience. This role ensures the efficient execution of daily operations, fosters a high-performing, collaborative and inclusive team culture, and drives sustainable growth by aligning local market relevance with the IKEA global strategies, values and goals.

    Your responsibilities

    Acknowledge local market specifics and lead the work of meeting customers' needs within our omni eco system to enable a smooth shopping experience and by providing inspiring home furnishing solutions and services.
    • Lead team to promote and sell prioritized range and services connected to the commercial calendar through great customer meetings, sales steering, availability and influencing range presentation solutions.
    • Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily operations within the assigned area of responsibility by contributing to customer satisfaction, goals and business standards achievement and if applicable, doing manager on duty service for the unit.
    • Ensure compliance and safe work environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace by ensuring adherence to IKEA’s Code of Conduct, internal policies, and local legislation related to health, safety, business, and environmental standards.
    • Take direct lead with identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing the many talents in the assigned scope of responsibility to secure a diverse, high performing team that can execute its assigned responsibilities with confidence and secure the future succession.
