    Key Expertise, Skills & Experience Required for Success:

    •University degree in Business Administration and 8 years of related experience, or minimum 12 years of related experience.
    •Minimum 6 – 8 years of as an SAP Business Process Expert in R2R.
    •Strong background in financial reporting and closing processes.
    •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA / ACCA / RA or equivalent preferred.

    You are a results-driven finance professional with deep expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and SAP (S/4HANA and/or ECC). You bring a strong track record of improving financial close cycles, driving process standardization, and enhancing data quality and automation. With a solid understanding of IFRS/local GAAP and internal controls (including SOX), you ensure compliance while continuously optimizing performance.

    •Strong stakeholder management across finance, IT, shared services, and external partners.
    •Analytical and KPI-driven mindset to drive continuous improvement.
    •Experience in finance transformation, including system implementations and automation.
    •Lead and develop a team of Business Process Experts (BPEs).
    •Set clear priorities, objectives, and performance targets.
    •Drive knowledge sharing and functional excellence within R2R.
    •Lead training initiatives and support change management within the process area.

    Your responsibilities

    Process Development Manager is the business process owner for R2R and is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, standardization, and continuous improvement of the global Record-to-Report process, supported by SAP (S/4HANA).
    Reporting to the Group Finance Development & Operations Manager, this role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting processes, while leading a team of Business Process Experts and supporting the finance transformation agenda.

    Your main responsibilities will include:
    •Own the global R2R process, including General ledger and journal entries, intercompany accounting, Fixed assets and Period-end closing and consolidation support.
    •Lead end to end process design and implementation, ensuring standardisation, high automation, embedded data quality, controls & high compliance; and clear metrics for follow up and governance.
    •Lead experts that define, document, and implement processes with functional experts and business stakeholders, securing adoption of tools, systems, and best practices.
    •Drive and ensure change adoption through robust process implementation and documentation.
    •Measure process performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives; leading cross functional teams to drive opportunities to improve and prioritise the work.
    •Identify and deliver process enhancements with a strong focus on high automation and efficiency while securing high compliance.
    •Embed a continuous improvement mindset work and within team to sustain and evolve best-in-class ways of working.
    •Create & own the R2R process development road map (with associated development initiatives, defining business value) and lead functional leaders and experts to design, develop and implement the development roadmap.
