    You are passionate about transforming spaces and helping customers create beautiful, functional homes. You have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of home furnishings, and enjoy collaborating with customers to bring their ideas to life.

    We are looking for an Interior Designer with at least 2 years of experience in interior design, space planning, home furnishing, or design-led customer consultation. You are customer-focused, design-driven, and comfortable using digital planning tools to visualize and present inspiring home furnishing solutions.

    You should have:

    •Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, color coordination, and home furnishing trends.
    •Proven experience in creating complete room concepts and customized home furnishing solutions.
    •Expertise in digital design and planning tools used for visualizing interiors and layouts.
    •A strong understanding of the IKEA product range and the ability to creatively incorporate products into functional living spaces.
    •Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    •The ability to understand customer lifestyles, preferences, and functional requirements to create tailored solutions.
    •High proficiency in digital tools and technology.
    •A collaborative mindset with a passion for sharing ideas and design inspiration.

    Preferred Background:

    •Interior Design, Architecture, Home Styling, Furniture Design, or related field.
    •Experience with space planning and customer-facing design consultations.
    •Portfolio showcasing residential interior design, room planning, or home furnishing projects is highly desirable.

    Your responsibilities

    As an Interior Designer, you will inspire customers through personalized design consultations and help them create spaces that reflect their needs, style, and everyday life. Through remote and digital channels, including video consultations, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while showcasing IKEA's design expertise.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    •Conducting personalized design consultations through remote channels, including live video appointments.
    •Creating inspiring and functional home furnishing solutions tailored to customers' space, style, and budget requirements.
    •Developing room layouts, space plans, and complete design concepts using advanced planning and visualization tools.
    •Presenting creative design ideas and helping customers visualize their future homes with confidence.
    •Providing expert guidance on furniture selection, storage solutions, kitchen planning, lighting, and other specialized home furnishing areas.
    •Building trusted relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and aspirations.
    •Staying updated on interior design trends, home furnishing solutions, and customer lifestyle preferences.
    •Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
    •Capturing customer insights to drive innovation and enhance future design services.
    •Supporting IKEA's sustainability commitments by recommending solutions that promote a better and more sustainable life at home.
