    You have a degree in Visual Merchandising, Industrial Design, or a related field, combined with proven experience in creating inspiring and commercially successful retail environments.

    Your responsibilities

    As a Visual Merchandising Team Leader, you will play a key role in strengthening the IKEA brand and creating an inspiring shopping experience that makes IKEA the first choice for home furnishing in the local market.

    You will:
    -Lead, recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing Visual Merchandising team, creating an environment where people can grow and perform at their best.

    -Create and implement inspiring home furnishing solutions that showcase the IKEA range and help customers improve their everyday life at home.

    -Use the store layout and visual merchandising tools to support commercial priorities, drive sales, enhance customer flow, and create a strong visual impact throughout the store.

    - Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the store to align commercial priorities, ensure seamless execution, and achieve common business goals.

    - Secure the implementation and continuous development of IKEA visual merchandising standards, concepts, and ways of working.

    - Drive commercial growth and profitability by combining creativity, customer insight, and business understanding.

    - Challenge and inspire your team to continuously improve, strengthen the IKEA brand, and exceed customer expectations.

    - Contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience by creating inspiring, relevant, and affordable home furnishing solutions for the many people.
