Your role at a glance
As People & Culture Manager, you will be a member of the IKEA Delft Management Team. You will act as a strategic business partner while driving an inclusive, engaging, and development-focused work environment.
You will help our co-workers and leaders grow, strengthen our unique IKEA culture, and ensure that people and business objectives go hand in hand. In doing so, you will contribute every day to a workplace where people feel welcome, can be themselves, and are empowered to perform at their best.
What you will do
Ensure the right people and competences are in place today and for the future through workforce planning, recruitment, competence development, succession planning and staff cost management.
Lead, coach and develop the People & Culture team, ensuring strong functional expertise, continuous development and high-quality delivery.
Create and maintain constructive relationships with co-workers, Works Council, unions and relevant external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, labour relations principles and IKEA policies while safeguarding the interests of IKEA Delft.
Foster a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment where well-being, engagement, and sustainable employability are central.
Who you are
You are an experienced People & Culture leader who is passionate about developing people and organizations. You understand the dynamics of a fast-paced retail environment and know how to translate strategy into concrete actions with visible impact. You have a mindset to deliver to the common business goals and people metrics.
