    • What you'll need to have

    Sales Area : Bath & Dining (Markethall)

    - Minimum 1 year of sales and/or retail experience with a proven ability to engage customers and drive sales results.
    - Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    - Proactive, energetic, and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
    - Willingness to learn and support multiple departments, including understanding different products, processes, and customer journeys.
    - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with co-workers and stakeholders.
    - Experience with retail planning tools and Sales Location Management (SLM) is considered an asset.
    - Open availability and flexibility to work a non-rotational schedule based on business requirements.

    '- Actively approach customers, identify their needs, and provide knowledgeable solutions that create a positive shopping experience and maximize sales opportunities.
    - Support sales performance across multiple departments, including Bath and Dining, by maintaining strong floor coverage and delivering consistent customer service.
    - Learn and apply department-specific processes, tools, and routines to effectively support customers and contribute to business goals.
    - Ensure areas of responsibility are clean, organized, fully stocked, accurately priced, and presented according to IKEA merchandising standards.
    - Continuously develop product knowledge and confidently share features, benefits, and solutions with customers and co-workers.
    - Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to varying business needs, priorities, and departmental requirements.
    - Collaborate with co-workers and stakeholders to achieve team objectives while providing support and sharing best practices.
    - Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve customer concerns, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
