    • University degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or at least 7 years of relevant professional experience (if you don't have a university degree).
    • Technical (engineering) background with project management capabilities.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support and guide others.
    • Experience in administrative, operational or coordination roles, preferably in digital or service environments.
    • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate resources efficiently.
    • Good analytical skills with the ability to follow up on KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
    • Experience in training coordination or digital competence development is considered an advantage.
    • ITIL Foundation certification or similar would be considered as a plus.

    Purpose of the job

    In this role, you will support the Country (South-East Europe) Digital Operations organization by coordinating resources, enabling efficient ways of working, and providing operational and administrative support to Digital Operations Specialists across the region. Through effective planning, training, and performance follow-up, you will help ensure consistent delivery of digital services and strong business value across multiple locations.

    About the assignment

    • Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of the Country Digital Operations organization across South-East Europe.
    • Ensure efficient skill-based assignment of Digital Operations Specialists to different customer meeting points, aligned with business priorities and operational needs.
    • Support resource planning and workload distribution to help the team deliver services effectively across multiple locations.
    • Monitor key operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to increased efficiency through process, capability, and tooling enhancements.
    • Provide guidance and operational support to Digital Operations Specialists, helping them deliver and support digital products and services effectively.
    • Organize and deliver training programs to strengthen specialist competence and ensure consistent service delivery standards across the region.
    • Support the lifecycle management of local digital products, including implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
    • Create, improve, and maintain Digital Operations processes that contribute to measurable business outcomes and operational excellence.

    We offer a permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) position. This role is part of the Digital (IT) team and reports to the Country Digital Operations Manager.

    Candidates from the IKEA SEE region (Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Romania, Ukraine) can retain their current country of residence, as we operate with a decentralized Service Office structure, with occasional travel across the region. Please note that no mobility support is provided for this role.
