    As Integrated Media Leader, you will play an important role in bringing our marketing plans to life across paid, owned and earned media — helping us reach the right audiences, in the right channels, with the right message.
    You will lead the execution of multichannel integrated media strategies that maximise marketing ROI, support strong country marketing plans, and contribute to business growth through effective, efficient and locally relevant media solutions.

    We believe you are a strategic and performance-driven media professional with a strong understanding of how paid, owned and earned media work together to create impact. You are curious about people, customer behaviour and the changing media landscape, and you know how to translate insights into smart media choices.

    You have:
    Deep knowledge of paid media and how to integrate paid, owned and earned channels across the full media mix
    Strong understanding of the media industry, marketing technology, digital channels and online customer behaviours
    Ability to understand the IKEA business and how Growth & Marketing function contributes to overall goals
    Strong project leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships
    A performance-driven mindset, with the ability to follow up KPIs, measure results and turn learnings into improved future planning.

    To excel in this role we believe you have minimum 5-8 years of experience in Marketing and delivering results, as well as minimum 3 years of experience managing complex paid media budgets.
    While our working language is English, we value fluency in Finnish to enable the most effective collaboration between marketing communication and media planning.

    What you'll be doing day to day

    In the role as Country Integrated Media Leader, you are responsible for developing and executing omnichannel integrated media strategy, maximising marketing ROI. You are also responsible for identifying audiences and media solutions/local content needs to provide effective and efficient country marketing plans.
    As part of the Integrated Media scope, IKEA Finland’s SEO Specialist will report to you.
    In this role you will report to the Country Marketing Manager. This role is permanent and located in Service office, Espoo.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    ✅ Develop and implement integrated media plans across paid, earned and owned channels
    ✅ Identify audiences, media solutions and local content needs for effective country marketing plans
    ✅ Brief local media agencies to ensure locally adapted and relevant marketing execution
    ✅ Manage media budgets, negotiate paid advertising terms and ensure cost transparency
    ✅ Support performance analysis, stakeholder cooperation and continuous improvement to maximise ROI and business impact.

    This position is full time 37,5h/week and permanent. Starting in the role is preferably in October.
    Main work location is IKEA Service office in Espoo.

    The salary for the position starts at 3900 €/month and will be specified during the recruitment process based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and the final content of the role.
