    • Who you are

    Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for numbers and data? Do you have experience in accounting and want to be part of a team that helps build a stable and transparent financial foundation for IKEA? If so, we are looking for you!

    • University degree in economics, finance, or accounting.
    • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
    • Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and a basic understanding of tax matters.
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel
    • Good knowledge SW (SAP/SAP4Hana)
    • Good analytical skills and structured thinking
    • Process improvement mindset
    • Ability to communicate fluently in English with colleagues across countries, advanced Czech language.

    Your responsibilities

    • Perform GL account cleansing activities and prepare account balance reviews.
    • Analyse assigned processes and related GL accounts, identify process inefficiencies and control gaps, and propose practical improvement and standardization solutions.
    • Collaborate with Procurement and business stakeholders to support and optimize S2P processes.
    • Monitor and reflect changes in the invoice approval process and ensure accurate system configuration and maintenance.
    • Working closely with the Shared Service Centre in India.
    • Contributing to projects aimed at automating accounting processes and improving data quality.
    • Collaborating with other teams within IKEA, both locally and globally.
