    Are you an experienced project leader within SAP SaaS products and SAP S4/HANA platform where you have been managing delivering multi country implementations?     We at IKEAs Digital Global organisation are looking for a Solution Delivery Leader to join us in developing ways for IKEA to stay relevant for our customers and work in closer partnership with our stakeholders. The Solution Delivery Leader within Digital Area Group Functions & Global Business Operations (GBO) is a key project leader role, responsible for managing digital projects in a complex ecosystem.

    You bring strong communication skills both verbal, written and in presentations. You can also spot risks early, act quickly, and make sure things stay on track. Furthermore, you can make good, fact‑based decisions, works closely with others, and stays aligned with teams, leaders, and stakeholders. You are comfortable working with senior business and digital stakeholders and take a thoughtful, practical approach to finding solutions that help the organization move faster and work smarter. Above all, we believe you takes ownership, shows initiative, uses good judgment, and stays driven to deliver meaningful results.

    Furthermore we believe that you bring:
    • Experience in leading and managing projects in the SAP or ERP ecosystem with proven experience in delivering large, complex projects/programs across 15+ countries.
    • Strong knowledge of the SAP platform and retail domain. Should demonstrate strong rooting in relevant content, be it technology or function.
    • Strength in people and supplier management and bring a positive, can‑do mindset that motivates others and builds strong collaboration
    • Have been a practitioner and have a strong understanding of various project management and agile frameworks and are able to apply them as needed to drive projects/programs with predictability towards desired outcomes.
    • Ability to deliver business value and achieve outcomes within complex ecosystems through strong planning, execution, and risk management capabilities.

    A day in your life with us

    As the Solution Delivery Leader from Group Functions Delivery and Global Business Operations, you will be responsible for on-time, full scope, and within budget delivery of successful implementation and deployment of the SAP platform solutions, within a diverse technology landscape, that meet business requirements. You will also be responsible for alignment of the SAP platform architecture with organizational strategies and future growth plans. Furthermore you will ensure Adoption of solutions and processes that result in improved efficiency and productivity. This role builds strong collaboration with teams, and stakeholders, across multiple business functions.

    You take an agile, practical approach to delivering outcomes while staying focused on business value delivered.

    You will:

    • Apply the in-depth understanding of various delivery models and methodologies, project processes and retail industry practices to deliver solutions/projects/programs on schedule, and within budget.
    • Have a good understanding of the technology/platform, business and functional domain and able to apply this knowledge to ask the relevant questions and steer the team towards effective outcomes aligned to strategic objectives.
    • Identify, Plan and execute holistic delivery, by identifying cross functional, cross team dependencies and taking the needed actions to resolve them proactively and in a timely manner.
    • Based on the delivery methodology applied to the project/program, create and manage plans and schedules, escalation and communication paths, risks and mitigation plans, team roles and responsibilities within the projects/program and relevant effective and simple governances.
    • Manage communications, reporting and escalation to the relevant team, leadership and stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
    • Ensure deliverables, stage gate criteria and other delivery relevant activities and associated risks are completed and communicated in a timely manner.
    • Develop an understanding and knowledge of existing solutions within the technology-process-delivery ecosystem and weighs various options to make decisions on build/reuse existing solutions & capabilities.

    You will work in Group Function Digital Area. The Digital Area – Group Functions is a new area built to strengthen digital partnership and delivery across all Group Functions and Global Business Operations (GBO). We develop and deliver digital capabilities across key areas like Finance, People & Culture, Procurement, Legal, Business Risk & Compliance, Communications, Real Estate, Business Steering in Ingka's global organisation.

    You will be part of a diverse, global team in Digital Area – Group Functions, leading large‑scale SAP S/4HANA and SaaS initiatives across many countries. We work in close partnership with Group Finance, Procurement and other Group Functions to modernize our ways of working and enable data‑driven decisions. Our team combines deep SAP expertise with strong delivery skills and a passion for creating a better everyday life for the many people.
