Why we will love you
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated co-workers to our store for the summer and even for permanent positions. With us, you will be part of a team where every day is different and where you have the opportunity to create a better everyday life for our customers – quite literally.
What does that mean in practice? It could be helping a customer find the right-sized shelf, ensuring the store is clean and inviting, or serving delicious meatballs in our restaurant. Every task is important to us.
You are a team player by nature, who takes initiative and helps colleagues across departments, whether it's advising a customer or picking orders. You believe that the best solutions are created together. You want to learn new things and know that the best way to do that is by doing. That's why you dare to take responsibility and try boldly, and you are not afraid of mistakes, as they are just opportunities to learn.
For us, the most important thing is not what you already know, but your genuine desire to try and develop together with us.
You will do well in our tasks as long as you have a good command of Finnish or English.
Did you recognize yourself? Great! Next, familiarize yourself with the available job positions and submit your application according to the instructions.

In the cheerful IKEA Food team, together with others, you will ensure that our customers leave satisfied and that our products are of high quality and attractive. In all IKEA Food tasks, you need a valid hygiene passport.
