    Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
    • Experience of managing/leading and developing a team in a retail environment.
    • You are skilled at setting expectations for colleagues and providing clear direction and follow up.
    • Ability to work on tactical and operational level.
    • Ability to priorities and organise work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of time available.
    • Open to feedback and possessing the desire to learn from others.
    • Strong analytic skills.
    • Advanced Czech and English language – spoken and written.

    Your responsibilities

    As the Goods Flow Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Planning, organising and monitoring the flow of goods within the store.
    • Lead a safe, ergonomic and efficient operation to secure that all stock is in the right place at the right time.
    • Ensure that the goods flow team works in compliance with the IKEA code of conduct, all functional relevant SOPs internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and security and the environment.
    • Actively contribute to the creation of the store business plan and converting business plan goals into clear logistic actions within the goods flow area.
    • Empowering your team of co-workers by delegating responsibility to help each person grow and develop, according to their individual ability and experience.
    • Taking an active role in securing the co-operation of the commercial team in your store to maximise commercial opportunities.
    • Accountable for leading the store goods flow team and work in collaboration with Customer Relations, External Service Partners, Transport Service Partners, and the store Commercial Team to secure the highest goods availability to enable customer order fulfilment at the lowest possible cost.
    • Securing close cooperation and strong communication with various transport planning departments to optimise the Outbound and Inbound deliveries.
