Your responsibilities
As part of the Design Interior Team, you use your knowledge of people’s home life and your furniture expertise to showcase many functional, beautiful, and sustainable solutions at an affordable price that is relevant to your local market. You also have the ability to challenge and encourage customers to see their homes in a new way. Your tasks include:
• Contributing to positioning IKEA as the customers’ preferred choice of furniture.
• Managing the entire implementation process, which includes planning, meeting with relevant partners, and execution.
• Using your experience to ensure up-to-date interior design and other media that exceed our customers’ expectations.
• Stimulating and increasing interest in our products by constantly showcasing new and inspiring solutions that motivate people to visit the IKEA store frequently.
• Using the range of IKEA products to display clear and different interior designs that appeal to many different individuals’ styles and needs.
• Reflecting the IKEA brand identity by creatively creating visual visibility in all commercial, sales, and employee areas.

Further Information
• The position is 37 hours per week on average.
• You will primarily work between 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday, but evening and weekend work may occur.
• We offer various employee benefits, including a pension scheme, health insurance, massage scheme, canteen scheme, staff discount, discount schemes with partners, annual gift, and bonus scheme, etc.
• Salary according to HK’s retail agreement.
• Desired start date is February 15, 2025, or by agreement.
