About the job
Reporting to the Replenishment team Goods Flow Team Manager, the Process Leader will coordinate and optimise operations to ensure all products are replenished in the store. This will result in agreed product availability for IKEA customers and the correct quality of the goods flow process in the store at the lowest possible cost.
Your assignment
- Implement agreed logistics actions stated by the store business plan into the goods flow process, track and monitor the assigned KPIs.
- Lead the team in replenishment operations through planning and directing.
- Influence positively the quality of products, merchandising and customer shopping experience in the floor.
- Create optimal product availability by coordinating with Sales department and taking care of the sales space management process
- Ensure efficient daily replenishment operations accordingly to the Global Service Protocol and secure that the work of good flow team complies with the IKEA code of conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and security and environment.
- Coordinates daily stock counting to ensure optimal inventory accuracy
- Support replenishment team co-workers’ competence development by sharing own knowledge of effective and efficient goods flow processes.
Qualification
Your profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience working in a logistics role.
- You are a problem solver with strong organization and time management skills.
- You are a strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are PC literate and physically fit as the work involves physical work in a warehouse
- You are able to work on rotating shifts between 0000 hours to 1100 hours (8 hours per shift) and on weekends and public holiday
