Who you are

• You have Interest in home furnishing, people’s life at home, and the IKEA product range.
• You have passion for logistics and working in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment.
• You have specialist knowledge of retail space management and working experience in import or export or customs or trade related area is preferred.(1-2year experienced)
• You have Intermediate or high level of Microsoft office skills;( Power query, power BI, Power automation etc)
• You have good communication skill; Developed social skills including a strong interest in people and the ability to show empathy in relationships with others.
• Demonstrated communication skills verbally & written - English & Korean
• Good team player.

Your responsibilities

• Receipt and checking of shipping documents accuracy and correction.
• Tracking container status & reviewing missing invoices
• Preparation and submission of accurate Customs declarations.
• Handling inflow information by managing daily shipment report, shipping document(BL, Invoice/Packing list), FTA information etc to release the shipment on time.

• Responsible for customs legal document archiving.
• Maintain all statutory records & reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for verification of contracted service provider Invoice and on time payment to service providers.
• Responsible for duty payment control and authorizing process with internal stakeholders.
