    Our Talent & Now P&C team plays a key role in ensuring that Talent and Learning systems works effectively for the business.

    We are now looking for a Product Specialist to acts as a functional subject matter expert, supporting product owners with providing guidance on Talent Management, Learning and Job Architecture while driving stakeholder engagement, product adoption, and continuous improvement.

    The role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, system engineers to translate business needs into product improvements, ensuring that solutions deliver business value and an excellent coworker experience.

    Furthermore, we believe that you bring:

    • Strong understanding of Talent & Learning tools and processes.
    • Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession, Career Development, Opportunity Marketplace is an advantage).
    • Good understanding of any Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Good understanding of SuccessFactors Job Architecture and Competency Frameworks.
    • Knowledge of HR processes across Talent Management, Learning, Skills, Career Development, and Organization Design.
    • Understanding of Agile product delivery methodologies.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into functional product requirements.
    • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and continuous product improvement.
    • Understanding of integrations between HR systems is desirable.
    • Delivery focused with excellent attention to detail
    • and drive to resolve issues
    • Coordinates and directs activities (incl. virtual) to help achieve business objectives.
    • Directs effort to achieve long-term business objectives
    • Stimulates creative ideas and perspectives that add value
    • Ability to demonstrates strong IKEA leadership skills, by using sound judgements to make timely and effective decisions
    • Ability to understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of technology as an
    • integrated part of the business

    A day in your life with us

    As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that Talent – Succession, performance etc, learning system delivers value to the business and supports efficient, data-driven decision-making.
    To support product owners in making tactical decisions by measuring, analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital products. To serve as subject matter expert for product team
    members and other co-workers, providing insights, context and additional information as needed to help understanding of what is required.

    To be concrete, you will:

    • Act as the functional subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management, any Learning Management System (LMS) - Prefer Cornerstone, Competencies, and Job Architecture.
    • Minimum 4-5 yrs experience as SME on the processes for Talent management, LMS and technology exposure of SuccessFactors and learning management applications. s
    • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current and future business needs.
    • Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and functional requirements.
    • Support Product Owners in product planning, prioritization, and backlog refinement.
    • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and implementation partners to deliver business value.
    • Drive stakeholder alignment across HR, Digital, and external vendors.
    • Facilitate workshops to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
    • Support release planning, UAT, change management, and business readiness activities.
    • Promote the adoption of product capabilities through communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
    • Analyse product performance, user feedback, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Support governance of Job Architecture, Competency Frameworks, and Learning processes.
    • Ensure solutions align with global HR processes, digital strategy, and enterprise architecture.
    • Build strong relationships with HR Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, and Digital product teams.
