    The Customer Fulfilment team plays a critical role in creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers, whether they shop in-store or online. As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you'll be responsible for ensuring products move efficiently, safely and accurately through our fulfilment processes while maintaining high standards of availability and customer satisfaction.

    Additional Information:
    • These roles are Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight
    • Internal job title: Fulfilment Operations Co-worker
    • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must be available to work a rotating roster between 6:00am and 9:30pm, Monday to Sunday
    • You must also be available to work 3 out of 4 weekends each month, including both Saturday and Sunday
    • These positions are within our Outflow team, with a particular need for flexibility across closing shifts

    About this work area

    As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Picking, packing and checking products accurately for customer and online orders within set KPIs.
    • Supporting Click & Collect operations, customer order handouts, delivery coordination and resolution of order issues.
    • Replenishing stock and maintaining high levels of product availability for customers.
    • Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Storing, retrieving, transporting and replenishing stock within the warehouse environment.
    • Completing housekeeping duties and maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment.
    • Following IKEA Standard Operating Procedures and all health, safety and security requirements.
    • Supporting other fulfilment functions as required to ensure operational success and great customer outcomes.



    You are someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient results. You thrive when working as part of a team, while also being able to work independently and manage your priorities effectively.

    You have:
    • Previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics or fulfilment environment, with a strong understanding of safe and efficient stock handling practices.
    • A current forklift licence, or the willingness to obtain one, along with a strong commitment to working safely in a warehouse environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and take pride in accurately picking, packing and checking products to ensure the best possible customer experience.
    • Excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across different teams to achieve shared goals.
    • A flexible, reliable and safety-first approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • The ability to perform physical and manual handling tasks safely, and to work in an active role that involves moving, lifting and handling products throughout your shift.
