    About this work area

IKEA's Digital Shopping Channels are known as Digital Customer Meeting Points, or ‘DCMP’. The DCMP team delivers seamless online experiences that connect with the broader omnichannel journey, driving sales conversion and making IKEA more accessible and convenient for customers.

We are a growing team bringing together people with diverse backgrounds and expertise. It's an exciting time to join as we continue to shape the future of IKEA's online experience, explore new opportunities, and drive innovation across our digital channels.

    About the role

    • Define and drive online performance and optimisation strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
    • Identify pain points in the online customer journey and inefficiencies in the online funnel, using qualitative and quantitative data and translating insights into actionable improvements.
    • Take ownership of online channel data and analysis and helping to support and upskill the wider eCommerce team with reporting, business cases and deep dives.
    • Oversees site performance and health metrics, safeguarding checkout KPIs and ensuring operational excellence.
    • Leads the implementation of tools, working methods, and best practices from global teams, utilising industry benchmarks to guide stakeholders and foster continuous improvement.

This position is an individual contributor role directly reporting to the eCommerce Manager for Australia and New Zealand.
