    • Flexible, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team-oriented with the ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency.
    • Passionate about home furnishing and helping customers create functional and beautiful living spaces.
    • Demonstrates IKEA values and acts as a trusted ambassador for the brand.

    Your responsibilities

    To optimize the shopping experience of the kitchen customers, securing customer’s satisfaction and increase in kitchen sales. To support our customer from the first analysis of their needs and wishes until the successful integration in their home and thereby secure a successful, convenient, and seamless customer experience.

    • Be the one point of contact to the kitchen customer throughout the full buying process, from the first contact until the kitchen has been installed to ensure a great and seamless experience.
    • Meet the customer in their home, as well as connecting via email, telephone or in the store to support with any questions
    • Responsible for all the different phases in the process of buying a kitchen: inspire, booking for planning, design, services offered, payment, installation, and final check to ensure a smooth experience.
    • Responsible to understand the specific needs of customers and staying up to date on trends, living situations and customer buying behaviours to provide relevant, affordable, functional, and sustainable solutions to our customers.
    • Responsible to follow-up with customers during the purchase process, to ensure closure of the deal.
    • Keep up to date and understand the store and department action plans to ensure your contribution and responsibility. Constantly improve your knowledge of internal IKEA routines and regulations related to your area of work.
    • Stay up to date on and use applicable applications to correctly process and issue documentation on goods and services to ensure proper processes and documentation.

    To achieve an enjoyable, convenient, and successful shopping and buying experience that leads to increase kitchen sales and sustained long-term profitability. To provide a simple, unique, and seamless meeting with the customer wherever our customers want to meet with IKEA, securing efficient processes and operations.

    The main responsibilities are to ensure satisfied customers, develop and execute sales steering and selling the IKEA way.
