'- Up-to-date knowledge of the complete media landscape (including the latest trends in social media), activation and measurements. - Good and specific Knowledge of the area commercial PR, Media Relations and communications - Up to date knowledge of creating and maintaining goodwill and a positive brand image with various stakeholders through commercial PR activities - Strong knowledge of using insights to formulate communication, PA or PR strategies, plans and activities to meet IKEA business and receiver needs - Up to date knowledge of how to lead communication by defining, planning, executing and follow-up communication to relevant stakeholders to keep our co-workers well informed, engaged and empowered - Deep understanding of the process for delivering efficient communication and stakeholder plans, tools and the IKEA communication channels - Excellent knowledge of IKEAs brand identity, Tone of Voice, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
'- Execute and implement the local integrated communication plan – with focus on commercial PR; and secure alignment with the global communication plans; - Contribute to the development and delivery of the market communication projects & Media Relations agenda - Implement and execute media/stakeholder engagement strategies for reactive, proactive and activist communication - In close collaboration and aligned with the Marketing team, secure the planning, execution and optimizing the use of earned media, as part of an integrated media approach to maximize commercial impact, drive business results and improve cost efficiency of results - Monitor and analyse media to measure results as well as identify proactive opportunities and potential risk issues - Participate in the process for country on-duty phone and media product loans ? Drive project management for commercial PR projects, taking the stakeholder perspective - Work with stakeholder analysis and stakeholder management to be able to deliver to the needs of the business - Enable effective internal communication and assist in the creation of prerequisites for our leaders and co-workers to be our best ambassadors -Define, plan, create/execute and follow up on commercial PR communication - Develop alongside other communicators and tap into wider resources, i.e. social/digital, PR, stakeholder engagement, campaigns etc. - Responsible for providing support and direction for communication around commercial events - Actively encourage improvement of content creation, based on trends in communication and the latest developments within commercial PR
