    We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer – Talent Management who combines strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You are curious, collaborative and passionate about continuously improving digital HR capabilities that support our co-workers across IKEA.
    You understand how Talent Management, Learning and Job Architecture work together to create an integrated employee experience. You enjoy translating business needs into scalable digital solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvements.

    • Have a strong technical background and experience (5+ yrs) with SuccessFactors Talent.
    • Strong technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules including Performance & Goals, Succession, Career Development and Competencies.
    • Good understanding of Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone experience is an advantage).
    • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Job Architecture and Skills Frameworks.
    • Experience supporting and evolving enterprise HR systems in global organisations.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering teams and implementation partners.
    • Good understanding of Agile ways of working.
    • Ability to analyse business processes and recommend digital solutions.
    • Experience supporting releases, testing, defect management and continuous improvements.
    • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across business and technology teams.

    The must-haves we see for this role is though:

    • 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Talent, required knowledge in Employee Central and understanding of Job architecture and competence.
    • SuccessFactors certification.
    • Technical knwoledge on Learning Management systems – Preferred Cornerstone.
    • Curious and a lifelong learner attitude where you stay updated on the latest SF Talent releases.

    A day in your life with us

    As a Senior Systems Engineer within the Talent Management product area, you will ensure our SuccessFactors Talent, Learning and Job Architecture solutions remain reliable, scalable and aligned with business needs.
    Working together with Product Owners, HR business stakeholders and engineering teams, you will continuously improve our digital products while ensuring high quality, operational stability and an excellent coworker experience.

    To be concrete, you will:
    • Design, support and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management capabilities.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current and future business needs.
    • Translate business requirements into functional solution designs.
    • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog items and support product priorities.
    • Work closely with architects, developers and implementation partners to deliver sustainable solutions.
    • Support solution configuration, testing, defect resolution and release activities where required.
    • Ensure system changes align with enterprise architecture, security and governance standards.
    • Drive system optimisation and identify opportunities to improve business processes.
    • Support vendor management and collaborate with SAP and external partners.
    • Facilitate workshops, impact assessments and solution reviews.
    • Analyse production issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
    • Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying technical improvements and innovation opportunities.
    • Promote best practices across Talent Management, Learning and Job Architecture.
    • Share knowledge and mentor team members where appropriate.
