Overview Of The Role:
The Sales Supply & Support Group Leader plays a crucial role in integrating retail communication and selling processes with supply processes at store level. The position ensures a strong alignment between supply and demand, securing agreed service levels at the lowest cost and supporting efficient logistics operations within the store.

What You Will Do:

• Contribute to the fulfillment of customer promises by ensuring goods availability through minimizing non-central shortages and monitoring central shortages.
• Create awareness in the commercial team about availability issues, enabling them to minimize customer impact.
• Support sales with range management, in-line with country range decisions, ensuring timely administration of the range in the system.
• Highlight deviations in the range frame versus store range classification, country range agreement, and actual range to sales.
• Assist the In-store Logistics Manager with administering the store range as per country range decisions, updating parameters for article replenishment and sales.
• Provide sales team with forecast alignment for strategic articles, highlighting discrepancies between central and country/store forecasts.
• Follow up on agreed store range to ensure items are stocked/offered, highlighting needs for corrective action.
• Secure goods availability at the lowest costs to achieve IKEA’s objectives of market leadership, growth, and profitability.
• Monitor automatic ordering process, taking actions to resolve order disruptions affecting customer availability.
• Address supply deviations with concerned teams to ensure supplier or transport performance issues are resolved.
• Pursue sale goals for key articles identified in business agreements, working with sales on commercial approaches for discontinued articles.
• Maximize service level 365 days a year by minimizing non-central shortage and supporting active sales steering.
• Reduce costs by implementing more efficient tools and procedures.
• Support a strong IKEA culture valuing diversity of customers and co-workers.
• Assist and support store colleagues, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Identify team motivations and capabilities, implementing training plans to develop team members.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, implement, and monitor actions to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Bachelor's degree minimum qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
• Strong English language skills; Arabic is a plus.
