    • You have strong experience in content strategy, development and management across multiple marketing channels.
    • You have a deep understanding of social media, digital platforms, audience behavior and integrated marketing campaigns.
    • You are a strong storyteller with good copywriting, editing and creative thinking skills.
    • You understand the IKEA brand, culture, values, tone of voice and the importance of consistent brand communication.
    • You are customer-focused and able to turn customer, cultural and business insights into relevant content solutions.
    • You are comfortable working with agencies, external partners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content.
    • You use data, insights and performance results to improve content effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
    • You are curious about new trends, technologies, platforms, content formats and changing customer behaviors.
    • You are collaborative, proactive and motivated by creating customer value and contributing to the wider IKEA business.

    Your responsibilities

    • Develop and deliver relevant, engaging and effective content aligned with IKEA's marketing and business objectives.
    • Plan and execute content across marketing channels and touchpoints, including campaigns, social media, loyalty, ORM and activations.
    • Ensure all content reflects the IKEA brand identity, tone of voice, culture and values.
    • Translate business and marketing objectives into clear and compelling content and creative solutions.
    • Lead and coordinate integrated, multichannel marketing initiatives to create a consistent customer experience.
    • Work closely with agencies and external partners, providing clear direction, feedback and managing timelines and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with Marketing teams, other functions and global IKEA teams to develop locally relevant content while following global brand direction.
    • Act as a custodian of content quality and brand consistency across channels.
    • Use content and business performance data to identify opportunities, optimize communication and improve results.
    • Identify new opportunities through emerging platforms, technologies, cultural trends and customer behaviors.
    • Share knowledge, collaborate with colleagues and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team while living IKEA values.
