    Our current Unit Facility Managers retirement are closing in and we are looking for a successor, to take on the job in Helsingborg. The team consists of you and two Unit Facility Specialist. It is a small team that you will lead, but you will have extensive contacts with both store managers, business owners, technicians and contractors and be a partner in an extended team.

    In this role you are responsible, speaking partner and ambassador for all facility services (Hard + Soft Service) for three Ingka premises in Helsingborg. You have the opportunity to work with your passion for service and support together with wonderful people in a developing environment.

    OUR WISHLIST

    •Experience in leading people, processes or suppliers and motivation to lead and develop people and properties.
    •Good understanding (technical competence) in areas such as operation, maintenance, construction, technology, or real estate based on experience or equivalent education.
    •Experience of coordinating, organizing, and leading projects and external stakeholders/suppliers.
    •Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
    •Good computer skills in various IT systems such as Office 365

    Together with your colleague, you will ensure that our properties are able to receive customers and staff in the best possible way. We think proactively and ensure that our properties meet the requirements. Together, we deliver safe, healthy, sustainable, and innovative property solutions that meet our businessowners needs.

    Your main tasks are:
    •Ensure operation are compliant and carried out to expected level by leading specialists and suppliers/technicians
    •Plan and execute maintenance activities connected to property and the assets with a long-term perspective to meet the needs of the business both today and for the future
    •Develop the property in line with Ingkas sustainability agenda.
    •Coordinate and plan projects, renovations, and similar activities together with internal and external parties
    •Responsible for deliver and follow up operational and investment budgets based on internal requirements, business needs, long term maintenance plan, reviews and developments
    •As an ambassador for IKEA and Facility Management, you lead both the business and the people with the customer in focus. Meaning, you ensure and take responsibility for delivering good quality, cost-effective and sustainable service that meets the requirements
