    你的工作职责

    '- 制定并执行本地会员年度运营策略，提升新增会员数量与存量活跃度。
    - 通过建立会员画像与洞察，寻找新增会员机会点。
    - 通过有效沟通与内容运营，激活存量会员到店频率从而推动客流增长。
    - 分析会员与消费者数据，发现商业机会并提出解决方案。
    - 与相关团队协作，优化营销活动并跟进效果与 ROI。
