    • What you'll need to have

    ***Please note: IKEA’s Customer Distribution Centre (CDC) in Mississauga will be relocating to Hamilton in Fall 2027.***

    •Skilled in the operation of technical equipment in various settings.
    •Proficient in managing tasks in an agile, multichannel workspace.
    •Experienced in following action plans and working methods under the guidance of managers.
    •Experienced using Forklift, Reach truck, or Order Picker will be preferred.

    • Perform effectively the core and support processes in the assigned area of responsibility, using the available systems and tools that support efficient operations and data integrity.
    • Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time execution of the assigned fulfilment unit operations area of responsibility.
    • Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and business requirements within the area of responsibility and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products.
    • Ensure optimized daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way, applying and sharing good examples.

    We’re the team behind the scenes that make the IKEA products available to the many people. As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs.
