  • Who you are

    You are a legal professional with a strong business mindset who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and supporting the business with practical and solution-oriented legal advice. You understand how to balance legal risks with business opportunities in a dynamic environment.

    You have a university degree in Law and experience in a legal or governance environment.
    You have strong knowledge of commercial law, corporate matters, labor law and legal compliance (especially GDPR).
    You are confident reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of legal agreements.
    You understand how to translate legal topics into clear and practical guidance for the business.
    You are comfortable working in a complex and fast-changing environment
    You have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy building relationships across the organisation.
    You are structured, analytical, and able to handle ambiguity.
    You communicate clearly and confidently in English and Hungarian.

    In this role, you will support and secure the legal aspects of the business and operations, ensuring compliance while enabling business growth.

    You will review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents.
    You will support business stakeholders with legal advice to manage risks and identify opportunities.
    You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliant and sustainable business solutions.
    You will contribute to the implementation of legal processes, frameworks, and ways of working.
    You will stay up to date with legal developments and ensure their application in the business.
    You will support competence development by sharing knowledge and educating stakeholders on legal topics.
    You will be a key partner to the business, ensuring that legal aspects are well understood and integrated into decision-making.
