    You are a senior finance professional with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes and a passion for driving operational excellence and the trusted partner of the Service Manager. You lead operational excellence by analysing business performance, identifying operational risks, driving standardization across countries and ensuring operational governance.
    You are proactive, analytical, and confident in challenging existing ways of working. You naturally identify risks, lead problem-solving efforts and drive sustainable improvements that strengthen service quality, compliance and customer experience.
    You transform operational insights into actions by leading root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of operational performance, customer experience, revenue integrity and process compliance. You contribute to delivering the 3E’s (Effectiveness, Efficiency and Experience) while supporting Ingka's ambition to become a lower-cost company through simplification, standardization and automation.

    What we're looking for

    • University degree and 6–7 years of relevant Finance experience, or a minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and end-to-end Finance operations.
    • Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, operational performance management and governance.
    • Proven experience leading root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
    • Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
    • Passion for continuous improvement, standardization, automation and operational excellence.
    • Experience collaborating across countries, shared service providers, digital teams and global process organizations.

    You will:

    • Lead operational excellence initiatives across the O2C area, ensuring stable and efficient service delivery.
    • Own the analysis of KPIs, SLAs and operational performance trends, proactively identifying risks and driving actions before service levels are impacted.
    • Lead root cause analyses, corrective action, and recovery plans for complex operational issues.
    • Drive standardization and promote global ways of working across markets and countries.
    • Act as a key escalation point for operational challenges and coordinate solutions with stakeholders and service providers.
    • Lead complex country escalations and coordinate resolution with key stakeholders.
    • Lead Business Verification (BV) testing by validating new process scenarios and providing structured operational recommendations.
    • Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and operational excellence supporting Ingka's lower-cost agenda.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on Efficiency, Experience and Effectiveness.
    • Provide operational insights and recommendations to the Service Manager, Global Process Teams and Digital to influence future improvements.
    • Coach and develop Finance Operations Experts by sharing knowledge, best practices and operational expertise.
    • Represent OSS in governance meetings, operational reviews and stakeholder discussions when required.
    • Provide expert guidance within areas such as Sales Reconciliation, Receivables, Cash Application, Collections, Dispute Managemen and Customer Master Data.
    • Support the successful expansion of new in-house O2C services, including SAREC OMNI operations.
    • Identify opportunities to improve store responsiveness and enhance customer experience.
    • Ensure compliance with global O2C standards, controls and governance.

    Within Global Business Operations (GBO), we work together to deliver efficient, standardized and customer-focused finance services that support IKEA markets worldwide. Our Order-to-Cash team plays a critical role in ensuring strong operational performance, revenue integrity and seamless customer experience.
    We collaborate closely with countries, Finance Service Managers, Global Process
    Teams, Digital and delivery partners to simplify processes, increase automation
    and continuously improve the way finance services are delivered.
    As a Finance Operations Expert II, you will be a key contributor to this journey, helping to develop best practices, operational excellence and continuous improvement across our global finance organization.
