    Are you ready to help providing a seamless shopping experience with great quality in all touchpoints, for the many people in the middle of Jutland?
    We are looking for a relationship-building and independent new colleague, who is ready to create results through other people and with a focus on supporting the store team and the customer, with a constant will to improve yourself.

    You are use to work with different IT systems and like to analyze numbers and processes, to get a deeper understanding and use it to improve different working methods. We expect that you always act as a role model and takes the responsibility to lead and delegate the operation, when the team leader needs you.

    Besides that, you are very passionate about making IKEA ready for the future and adapt yourself to changes in both business and customer
    behavior.

    • Understand both the customer perspective and the logistic operation and are able to communicate with both teams

As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs.     You will be a part of our fantastic logistic team where we everyday are striving for a development- and well-being environment for our many co-workers. You will also get the pleasure to collaborate with both co-workers and leaders from the sales function where good cooperation is essential
    to achieve our goals.

    Further information

    • This position is for an average of 32 hours per week.
    • Your working hours will vary based on the business need, with both night and early morning shifts within the hours 19.00-03.00. You should also
    expect to work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday. It is possible to give your input to the work schedule.
    • Salary is within IKEA's banding and HK's Union agreement for logistics and includes free choice allowance, odd-hour payment and pension.
    • Start date is as early as possible.
