    About the job

    You will work closely with the IKEA for Business Sales Manager to grow the customer base identifying new business opportunities in Phuket’s rapidly expanding hospitality and real estate sectors. Build and maintain client relationships, understand clients’ furniture needs and provide tailored solutions with IKEA’s range of products. Use deep knowledge of the range, local market, the customers, the IKEA digital tools and the experience and expertise of colleagues to support business needs.

    Your assignment

    • Leverage Phuket’s growing hospitality and real estate markets to meet client demands efficiently.
    • Drive sales to achieve the individual sales target
    • Handle key accounts customer and provide clients with consultancy of IKEA home furnishing design    solution to match with customer’s preference and project budget
    • Work with the Interior Designer to make sure the design matches what the customer needs
    • Prepare clear and professional proposals that fit the client’s needs and are sent on time
    • Find new clients or new opportunities to generate sales
    • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
    • Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner
    • Coordinate with logistics and sales teams in Bangkok for seamless project execution
    • Help reach the B2B sales goals set in the business plan

    Qualification

    Your profile

    • Confident in approaching and talking to people in a polite and friendly manner
    • The right attitude and behavior to sell actively and help customers to buy
    • Knowledge of the IKEA product range, including service products will be beneficial
    • Passion and knowledge of home furnishing, interior design, retail and communications with IKEA identity
    • Creative, commercial visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics
    • Ability to prioritise/organize tasks both internal & external source. Good analytical/self-reliant/motivated
    • Ability to travel with own transport
    • Fluent in English and Thai, both reading and writing
    • Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excell
