ABOUT YOU:
You work in the real estate and you contribute into the development and implementation of initiatives to ensure Meeting Place asset value growth, and to drive Meeting Place transformation.
On a daily basis, you act as Orderer in Meeting Place development including but not limited to condominiums management, customer journey, customer experience, commercial results, financial KPIs, stakeholder management, timely implementation of deliverables.
You also deal with sustainability issues within the scope of your business activities.

IN ADDITION YOU HAVE:
• Knowledge of the Real Estate business and extensive experience in commercial properties management
• Experience in managerial role (manager/leader)
• Advanced level of financial and commercial competence.
• Ability to motivate and inspire people and develop succession in the team.
• Flexibility and adaptability, experience in agile ways of working.
• Ability to initiate and ensure effective and efficient implementation of initiatives on times to improve performance and results of the Meeting Place.
• Business minded and cost conscious.
• Strong strategic & crisis management skills.
• Communication skills in French and English
What you'll be doing day to day
As Meeting Place Development Manager you role consists of

- To be representative at condominiums on Ingka Centres behalf.
- Ensuring the proper maintenance of common property in cooperation with Ingka Centres contractors.
- Monitoring the technical condition of buildings, engineering systems, and utilities in shared ownership areas.
- Organizing and supervising repair works, including major repairs connected with transformation process for the Meeting Place Italie 2.
- Securing the claim management related to the condominium’s operation.
- Establishing mechanisms to resolve disputes among owners, such as disagreements over expense allocation, use of common areas, or rental policies.
- Establishing the rules for the operation of the Meeting Place related to condominiums, including working hours, advertising placements, parking usage, and other aspects in cooperation with other owners.
- Ensuring compliance with French laws, such as national condominium and real estate regulations.

You will also be responsible for :

- Preparing budgets for the operation of common property for maintaining common areas.
- Maintaining financial records, collecting payments from property owners, and monitoring payment compliance.
- Securing Service Charges process for the tenants and all parties who are the matter to be applicable for the service charges, including budgeting, process of reconciliation and composition of service charges.
- Securing Expense Allocation for condominiums, meeting place and other co-owners.

In this role you will report directly to the Meeting Place Manager.
