Why we will love youAs an Operations Development Specialist, you will guide in implementing, and continuously improving our end-to-end operations procurement ways of working. Your mission is to drive efficiency, simplicity, standardization, optimization, compliance, and automation, always with user-friendliness in mind.
You will cultivate and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders, including group functions, categories, countries and Global Business Operations (GBO). Your collaborative approach will ensure seamless operations, enhanced performance, and user-friendly procurement experiences.
Your guidance will be pivotal in enabling content enablement and buying instructions, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and are continuously improved and optimized. Through your proactive initiatives, you will elevate our operational procurement ways of working to new heights of excellence.
The person we are looking for:
• Experience working in supplier management/procurement with a focus on supplier and content enablement.
• Experience in working in different systems and procurement tools like SAP Ariba, SAP R3 or S4Hana.
• Strong drive, proven problem-solving, analytical-, communication-, and networking skills

Your responsibilities
•Adapt to changing environment and drive procurement operations consistency and efficiency, by challenging existing ways of working, initiating continuous improvement, and contributing with procurement operations specialist knowledge in end-to-end initiatives and projects.
• Guide Category & Country Procurement throughout the E2E procurement operations WoW, based on deep subject knowledge and skills, with main focus to make products and services available in a compliant, controlled, automated, standardized & user-friendly way.
•Build trust, collaborate, and maintain strong cross-functional long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
•Guide and support categories and countries in buying channels, content enablement, category tree, and category cards on supplier-base optimization opportunities and efficient buying channels, with the highest level of automation, control, compliance, and user-friendliness.
•Drive content enablement and make products and services available in Ingka e-procurement ordering tool and ensure critical activities are performed according to rules and policies.
•Drive content enablement and quality, maintenance, and improvements in buying instructions, Ingka e-procurement ordering tool, and vendor master data.
