• For this role we believe you are a proven Full stack developer with 5+ years’ experience, with practical experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., React,
• Angular, Vu, Next etc), Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, PHP, Node
• JS etc
• Experience of open source and/or cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with agile development practices along with working set-up and working as part of agile team.
• Knowledge of software, hardware/infrastructure and voice communications and being aware of the markets and trends
• Knowledge of solution architecture and information flows
• Practical knowledge of how to work and lead in change processes at organisational, group and individual level
• Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people

Your responsibilities

To develop, test and maintain integration systems and services, and/or to be responsible for high quality software development, and/or drive the development of digital products that enhance customer experience.
Additionally, to contribute to technical vendor agreements

• Work in agile teams, Contribute to the development and maintenance of products and solutions by working as part of an agile team
• Work with business stakeholders to understand and translate needs into product ideas
• Where agreed, be responsible for the development of high quality (software) code which has been tested and is ready to be shipped applying and using good practices and agreed standards
• Where agreed, act as a technical expert in regards to integration and connectivity methods, protocols, security, and practices for both internal and external database management systems and infrastructure.
• Produce all required specifications and ensure that digital solutions work together and fulfill business needs by collaborating with developers in other countries and in Central Group Digital as well as external vendors.
• Monitor local technologies and system trends, and evaluate their possible business benefits
• Work across initiatives within Ingka Group, steering successful digital product integration and development in the countries that drives IKEA business results.

To secure effective Information Technology (IT) that supports IKEA business processes by maintaining, developing and supporting reliable, robust and efficient Digital products and platforms. Country Group Digital contributes to the growth of IKEA and improves the customer´s life at home. Country Digital also works together with all functions to ensure co-workers have the Digital tools and capabilities they need to do their best work.
Ensure Digital deployments are done with excellence and in coordination with Central Group Digital (Central) and all other country functions
