The annual event Growth Plan Focus Weeks.
The overall purpose of the IKEA Growth Plan Focus Weeks (GPFW) is to create mobilization, understanding and inspiration around the IKEA Growth Plan – and to give the participants all they need to implement the shared content with impact in their markets. Therefore, the focus of what is shared during the weeks is the deliverables connected to the four blocks of the Growth Plan (range, omni experience, our people, and commercial activation).
One major part of this is the physical exhibition we yearly build with both products from our current range but also with new products that we will offer our customers in the future.
The Growth Plan Focus Weeks are also about coming together in Älmhult, to meet and interact and to experience the IKEA product range which is at the very core of the IKEA Growth Plan and of what IKEA stands for.
The Growth Plan Focus weeks take place during week 46, 47, 48, and week 03, each week with its own purpose and goals. However, the objective stays the same.
