Within the Communication and Collaboration area, we lead platform development and management for a line of products and services connected to IKEA co-worker's needs of communication and collaboration internally and externally. We primarily ensure that co-worker needs are fulfilled through products/services such as Microsoft 365, Miro, ADOBE, AutoCAD etc.
We are now looking for a product specialist to join us with a focus on Microsoft 365! Being our product specialist is a journey of discovery and influence, where your expertise becomes a beacon of innovation and excellence.

As our product specialist, you are someone who holds the following attributes and skills:

Key previous experience and skills needed:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product development
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft products and services such as M365.
• Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up.
• Demonstrable experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience working with and knowledge of the needs of customers or clients (internal or external) Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data.
• Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders Strong team working and collaboration skills.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Product specialist, you support our product owner in making tactical decisions by measuring, analysing and reporting on the performance of digital products. You are a subject matter expert for product team members and other co-workers, providing insights, context and additional information as needed to help understand of what is required.
You work closely together with product owners, engineers and service delivery leads to make the right decisions here and now connected to the products and services but you also act as a SME for other consumers within group digital and digital markets that want to know how they can use and work with the products in the best way.
You furthermore work very closely with the enablement and experience management team of Digital Workplace to capture insights and data for how your products and services perform and bring that back into the roadmap and further implementation.
Other responsibilities will include:
• Measure, analyse and report on the performance of the Digital Products against business goals and KPIs.
• Responsible for all product-related analysis, utilizing both customer and product data.
• Support the product owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights.
• Supporting the Product Owner in writing user stories.
• To develop extensive knowledge of the stakeholders’ (Product Manager & other business stakeholders) needs and interpret and share that knowledge with the product team, providing context, as needed to ensure what they develop and deliver what is expected.
• To test, analyse and validate the actual impact of the product to make sure the product reaches its goals.
• Where needed, (and directed by the Service Manager/ Product Owner) work with co-workers to understand and quantify their needs and requirements, ensuring they are included and integrated into the product as needed.
• Work cross-functional to ensure that the agile team has what is needs and remove blockers that prevent the agile team from maximizing the delivery of digital products.

This role is based in Helsingborg or Malmö, Sweden and you will report to the Service Manager, Communication and Collaboration, Digital Workplace.
In this recruitment there is no relocation support provided by IKEA, hence we're looking for people already living or within commuting distance of the mentioned location of the role.
