As Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our wellbeing strategy. You will design and implement initiatives that support the health, vitality, and engagement of our co-workers. Working closely with People & Culture, leadership teams, and external partners, you will help create a workplace where people can truly thrive.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement an integrated Health & Wellbeing strategy for co-workers.
- Initiate programs focused on mental health, vitality, prevention, and sustainable employability.
- Advise management on wellbeing, absence prevention, and building a healthy work culture.
- Analyze data such as absenteeism, engagement, and employee satisfaction, translating insights into actionable initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners such as occupational health services and health professionals.
- Create campaigns and initiatives that inspire co-workers to actively engage with their health and wellbeing.
- Leading and managing the health & wellbeing team, securing competent and high performing co-workers. Motivate and develop the Team to enable them to offer pro-active and accurate service.
Who you are:
You have great leadership skills and enjoy working with change management and effective communication. Most importantly you are able and willing to share your knowledge and experience with your team and the organization by utilize mentoring and coaching techniques.
- You are passionate about people, health, and organizational culture.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in wellbeing, People & Culture, vitality, or organizational development.
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset.
- You are able to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- You are analytically strong and capable of translating insights into practical solutions.
- Have a growth mind-set; curious to explore and eager to learn.
- Enjoy the wide variety of tasks from operational to tactical level.
- Have the energy, drive and commitment to deliver result for business and people.
- Have excellent knowledge of both Dutch and English.

Availability
At IKEA the customer is in focus. Our customers visit the store at various times, also in the evening, weekends, during national holidays and during school holidays. We expect that you will be present when the customers visit us. Of course, you have an impact on your schedule yourself as well.
